How to become our Members
Please fill out the application form and send it to the JSAAE office below by e-mail or mail.
Nomination by a delegate (*) is required for new membership. If you do not know a delegate, please contact the JSAAE office (jsaae@asas-mail.jp） in advance and send the completed application form to the JSAAE office without the “Name of nominated delegate” field. The JSAAE office will ask the president to make a nomination.

About membership screening
To join the JSAAE, you will be screened for membership. Membership screening may takes up to a month and in some cases membership may be denied. We appropriate your understanding in advance.

Membership & Partnership fee
| Regular member fee | 7,000 yen per year |

| Student member fee | 2,000 yen, pay only when joining (Copy of student ID required) |
| Educational Affiliate member fee | 2,000 yen for year（Copy of ID with proof of affiliation required） |
| Platinum partnership fee | From 500,000 yen per year |
| Gold partnership fee | From 100,000 yen per year |
| Silver partnership fee | From 50,000 yen per year |
We would appreciate your cooperation as the JSAAE office will bill you for the membership fee.
Our fiscal year is from September to next August.
How to cancel your membership
- ・To cancel your membership, please contact the JSAAE office in writing (e-mail, fax, mail, etc.), stating your name and the reason for your cancellation.
- ・If there are unpaid fees, unpaid fees will be charged according to the articles of association, including the year of termination.
